Ingredients1cup semi-sweet chocolate chips¼ cup butter1 egg yolk2 tablespoons cream cheese3 tablespoons Amaretto1 cup finely chopped almonds
DirectionsMelt chocolate in a microwave and stir in butter one tablespoon at a time. Beat the egg yolk into the mixture. Add the cream cheese and amaretto, mix well. Cover and place the mixture in a refrigerator for about 2 hours. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in almonds to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
